dylan croy, GUEST ARTIST (he/him)


Dylan Croy is a dancer, choreographer, and singer-songwriter from Kingwood, TX. He graduated from Houston’s HSPVA in 2016. That same year, Dylan received recognition in Modern Dance as well as Choreography at YoungArts Miami. He went on to receive a BFA in Dance at The Juilliard School in 2020. Upon graduation, he was given the Héctor Zaraspe Award for Choreography. During his time in school, Dylan had the opportunity to work with creators like Stephen Petronio, Peter Chu, Bobbi Jene Smith and Ohad Naharin, to name a few. Since his professional career began in 2020, he has worked with Yin Yue, Natasha Adorlee, Michelle Thompson and Robbie Moore. More recently he has been dabbling in his songwriting and releasing new tracks such as “Lost in New” and “FIRE”, available on all popular music streaming platforms. Dylan thrives most when he fuses his artistic crafts together to create work that crosses many genres. Dylan is thrilled to be dancing with Houston Contemporary Dance Company for his second season.
